Encountering life challenges, not living a desired life and being unsuccessful are things that make people unhappy. 

Yes, it is a normal feeling as humans to be unhappy when things are not working as expected. 

No life free of problems (Every stage in life comes with its own challenges), no perfect situation, and human wants being insatiable are the facts that make the pursuit of happiness endless. 

Being unhappy is a personal decision. Every situation no matter how bad it is has something good in it. See the positive side in your present situation and be happy. 

It is not getting all you want that matters but enjoying all you have. The happiest people do not have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything. Being alive is the greatest thing that should make you feel happy. 

Being happy or unhappy has a pretty important role in our lives, and has a huge impact on the way we live our lives. 

Being unhappy puts you in a negative mood always, makes you less productive, unsuccessful, affects your health and life span negatively, and has negative effects on people around you. 

While happiness makes you more productive, and strengthens your immune system. It also spreads to people around you because happiness is contagious, and makes you live longer. 

We can choose to allow our daily life experiences to make us happy or we can let them destroy our happiness. 

Happiness is a choice, it is free, it is a birthright.
In the midst of all the turbulence of life, you can still choose to be happy.

Even when you lack things in life, you can still choose to be happy.
In your disappointments and failures, you can still choose to be happy.
In your unaccomplishments and limitations, you can still choose to be happy.

Looks impossible right? I want to let you know that it is possible. Yes, you can dear, 
  •  By cultivating the attitude of gratitude. In every situation see its positive side, and be grateful. 

  •  Learn not to dwell on your problems so much. Always bear in mind that no condition is permanent, yours is not permanent. 

  •  Stay around people that are happy always, it will extend to you. 

  •  Hangout with friends and loved ones when you are down 

  •  Render help /service to others and you will be happy. 

  •  Let go, realizing that each day is a new beginning with new blessings, have hope and be happy. 

Since happiness is a choice, choose wisely. 
Choose to be happy always, to be successful, healthy and live long.
